- 1 9x13 baking dish
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup pureed pumpkin
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp all spice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 pan.
- Cream butter and sugars together for approximately 8 minutes.
- Add pureed pumpkin, water, and vanilla until mixed together.
- Add flour, cinnamon, cream of tartar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and all spice. Mix until combined.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and cook for 20-25 minutes.
